NID is internationally acclaimed as one of the foremost multi-disciplinary institutions in the field of design education and research. The institute functions as an autonomous body under the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India.
All candidates are required to attend the design aptitude tests. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to attend a studio test and interview. NID Entrance Test (DAT) is conducted at Ahmedabad, Bangluru, Bhopal, Chennai, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai & Nagpur.

Last date for receiving completed forms by NID November 21st, 2011
Hall Ticket/ Call Letter will be posted by December 21st, 2011
