Fashion Degrees in Fashion Designing Schools

As fashion is becoming an integrated part of our life style; numerous fashion designing degree programs are also coming into existence for someone interested in pursuing a fashion career. Footwear Designing in India

In today’s world designing is not any more limited in a single field of fashion designing of garments. With emerging demand of different designer outfits and apparels fashion designing education too is spreading itself in many wings. Footwear designing, like other creative designing courses has also emerged as a growing field of this sphere. Especially in the world of fashion designing, where accessories are as important as your wear, footwear has acquired large significance, symbolizing one’s fashion statement, personal taste as well as sense of comfort. And since designing and making of shoes are quite complex, footwear industry needs efficient craftsmen trained with apt technical know-how. Earlier there was very little awareness and Footwear was considered a mere necessity. But this changing trend boding well for the industry as well as people at large. India ranks second only to China among the footwear- producing countries. With more and more importance being given to accessories, the Indian footwear designing industry is undergoing a boom and is poised to grow at a whopping annual rate of 25-32% in the next couple of years.
